Jason B. Branch
Jason B. Branch graduated from Davidson College, cum laude, and graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a Talmadge Scholar, a member of the Georgia Law Review and The Order of the Coif. Upon graduating from law school, Jason served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Jack T. Camp in the Northern District of Georgia.
Jason is currently a member of Philips Branch, where he devotes his practice to the representation of plaintiffs in medical malpractice and other serious injury and death cases. Jason is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, where he currently serves as a regional Vice President. Jason also serves as Vice President of the Columbus Trial Lawyers Association. He has been selected as a Georgia Rising Star, recognizing the top young lawyers in Georgia, for 2006, 2007, 2009, and 2010. He is frequently asked to speak on various legal topics at Continuing Legal Education meetings around the state. Jason also serves as a member of the Civil Justice PAC, Inc. Board of Directors, and he serves on multiple Boards of local organizations benefitting the Columbus community. Over his career, he has resolved numerous seven figure verdicts by trial and settlements for the benefit of his clients.
